desert (n) dry land
dessert (n) sweet food
I deserve a dessert for being in the desert.
I always get these two mixed up so this is my little entry for the day. And a good reminder of how to use English correctly.

I had a teacher tell us a trick once: she could remember that dessert has two S's because she always wanted more than one!
